Justin Baers is a Human Factors Specialist with Healthcare Human Factors (HHF), a Toronto-based team of human factors specialists and designers dedicated to the design and evaluation of healthcare products and services. At HHF, he oversees HFE activities in the medical device field in alignment with regulatory expectations. He also develops HFE documentation and advises clients on applying HFE strategies during product development. Justin holds a PhD in Community Health Sciences from the University of Calgary’s Cumming School of Medicine with a specialization in Human Factors.
