Biography
Tia Moore, BSN, RN, CPHON, CNML, is a Clinical Staff Leader on the Leukemia and Hematology Inpatient Unit, where she has worked since 2017. She began her nursing career as a new graduate on the same unit and has since developed deep expertise in pediatric hematology/oncology nursing. Tia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Dakota and holds certifications in pediatric oncology nursing (CPHON) and nurse management and leadership (CNML). She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management.
Tia is actively involved in Shared Governance, the Quality Council, the Nurse Residency Program Committee, and Just Culture Committee. She is also engaged in staff development, with a strong focus on fostering professional growth, supporting frontline nurses, and advancing a culture of safety and excellence in oncology nursing practice.
