Aarti Swaminathan has worked as a medical device human factors consultant, doing everything from managing data and recruitment teams, to leading projects, protocol writing, moderating and data analysis. In the last 7 years, she has managed over 100 projects, moderated 1000+ sessions, and contributed to the successful approval/authorization of 24 medical devices currently on the market. Throughout her career, Aarti has demonstrated a strong commitment to integrating human factors engineering and user experience design into medical device product development. Her deep understanding of medical device regulations and guidance, including IEC 62366, AAMI HE75, and FDA Human Factors Guidelines, makes her an invaluable asset in bringing safe, effective, and user-friendly medical devices to market.
