Zhonghai (John) Li is an Associate Director of Human Factors at Merck. He is the Human Factors function lead at Merck’s Manufacturing Division. John is responsible for HF development and design of combination products and packaging. Prior to Merck, he worked in nuclear industry and transportation industry as a HF specialist. John has a PhD in Human Factors Engineering from the University of Toronto.
