Veronica Mendez is a Principal Human Factors Consultant at Core Human Factors, A Rimkus Company with nearly 13 years of experience in designing and evaluating university websites, application software, and medical devices. She has contributed to multiple FDA-approved products currently on the market. Veronica’s expertise includes wireframing, persona development, user requirements, protocol development, formative and summative usability testing, data analysis, and report writing. She earned her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Ethnic Studies, graduating cum laude from California State University, Northridge, where she also completed her M.A. in Human Factors and Applied Psychology.
