Sibi Ramachandran is a Human Factors Engineer at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, a subsidiary of AstraZeneca, where he supports human factors activities for drug–device combination products serving rare disease populations. Before joining Alexion, Sibi spent two years at Enable Injections, leading human factors initiatives and collaborating with pharmaceutical partners to develop innovative delivery solutions for patients with diverse medical needs. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University at Buffalo.
