Jack is a Senior Human Factors Consultant at Core Human Factors, A Rimkus Company, where he conducts research on the safety and usability of medical devices and combination products. Jack has conducted human factors research for over three years and manages human factors studies. He holds an M.S. in Behavioral and Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics and History from Temple University.
