Pati is a Lead Human Factors Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company where she supports the development of combination products that enable patients around the world to safely receive injectable pharmaceuticals as prescribed by their health care provider in clinical and home settings. Prior to joining Eli Lilly Pati was a member of the Core Human Factors Engineering Team. Pati has been practicing human factors engineering in the healthcare domain for over 8 years. Pati has a passion for user centered design, usability testing and risk assessment. Pati received her Masters degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, PA where she currently resides with her husband and 3 children.
