Steve is a Lead Human Factors Engineer at EPAM Continuum where he draws on his expertise in human cognition, quantitative & qualitative research methods, and regulatory science to meet the needs of real-world users and drive development of innovative products, services, and systems. Steven earned his PhD in Cognitive Psychology at University of Delaware's Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences where his research focused primarily on biases and errors in human perception, attention, and memory.
