Dr. Célia Cruz, PhD, is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer of Complear Health, a digital health regulatory compliance startup. Dr. Célia is also an Invited Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, Portugal, where she teaches digital health courses. She has also led the Digital Health group at TOPRA and is one of the co-founders of RAPS Portugal Local Networking Group.
During her PhD, Dr. Célia produced over 10 academic papers and one patent on K18Peptide, which was later acquired by Unilever.
