Alexander Kauffman
Biography
Alexander Kauffman is a Bachelor of Science student at the University of British Columbia, pursuing a Combined Honours degree in Physics and Astronomy with Co-op. His research interests focus on astrophysics and physics, with a strong emphasis on applying computational methods to extract meaningful insights from complex real-world datasets. He recently completed a research co-op at Sinai Health / Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital in Toronto, where he developed machine learning models to predict patient deterioration in post-acute care.
