Kyle Berean is Head of Clinical Affairs at Atmo Biosciences, where he leads clinical strategy, trial execution, and regulatory pathways for innovative gastrointestinal diagnostics. Prior to this role, he served as VP of Technology at Atmo, guiding the development and commercialization of novel gas-sensing technologies that underpin the company’s products. Kyle’s background includes a PhD and postdoctoral research fellowship at RMIT University, where he specialized in nano-enabled sensors and contributed to teaching in electrical systems and measurement techniques. He is also an inventor on multiple patents, including multi-gas sensing systems and nanocomposite membranes. With experience spanning academic research, engineering, and product leadership, Kyle brings a unique ability to bridge cutting-edge science with clinical and commercial applications in healthcare.
