Molly is a Human Factors Engineer at Team Consulting. She is involved in Human Factors activities throughout the product development process, with a specific focus on capability studies. Molly’s background includes four years in the tech sector, where she gained experience at a start-up and later at a multinational technology company.

Molly holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Human Factors from the University of Nottingham.
