John is the Associate Director of Human Factors Engineering at Becton, Dickinson & Company (BD), with more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He has managed human factors activities for a range of products, including medication delivery systems used by nurses, pen and autoinjectors used by laypersons, and connected care solutions for physicians that combine both physical and digital interfaces. John holds a BS from Rutgers University and an MS from Columbia University, both in Mechanical Engineering.
