With 14 years experience in medical product development, Claire is an expert in human factors. At Team, Claire plays a pivotal role in planning and executing formative and summative studies, ensuring that user insights drive innovation and regulatory compliance. Claire works closely with the digital health team, specialising in the development of user-focused labelling that enhances safety and usability.

Claire holds an EngD in Medical Devices focusing on surgical instrumentation for orthopaedics from the University of Strathclyde and a BEng in Product Design Engineering from Glasgow School of Art/University of Glasgow.
