Geri has over 25 years experience designing interactive and educational resources for patients and family/informal caregivers, conducting research on caregivers and partnering in health outcomes research. She combines human centered design, health literacy, behavioral and decision science to help people make informed care decisions, understand procedures and health conditions to engage, understand, and act on information.
