Christian Schmid is Senior Human Factors Manager in the Science and Evidence Department at Ypsomed. He joined Ypsomed in 2020 following several years at Gerresheimer Switzerland.
He has led human factors activities in international development projects, contributing to the design, evaluation and clearance of pen injectors, patch injectors, connected devices, and insulin pumps. Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Requirements Engineering.
