Meredith Frazer
Biography
Meredith Frazer is a Principal Human Factors Engineer at Stryker, where she has worked since 2014. She holds a degree in Polymer and Fiber Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and has been working in the medical device field since 2008.
Meredith began her career at Stryker as a Design Assurance Engineer, contributing to programs across PKA, THA, Shoulder, Spine, and sustaining projects for the Mako 3 platform. In 2021, she transitioned to Human Factors, leveraging her knowledge of Mako products and extensive experience with user and patient risk to drive impactful design solutions.
