Graduating with a bachelors in Design Ergonomics, Molly has been in the human factors
space for 8 years, 6 of which focused on medical. She has worked across injectable devices, apps as a medical device to support people with diabetes, and has a special interest in complex devices with experience in surgical systems.
Molly has an interest in the intersection of Human Factors and AI, with a focus on how these technologies can be designed and regulated to ensure safety, usability, and trust.
