Dr. MacDonald is a partner and lead usability consultant at BPTM, LLC, with over 20 years of experience in medical product development and human factors engineering. She is passionate about helping people with medical conditions feel empowered to manage their lives and accomplish their health goals through medical products that are designed for them, as well as identifying the best way to communicate information in a way that resonates with the users and clients alike. As such, she has personally conducted thousands of HF interviews over her career spanning a wide variety of medical products, conditions, and stakeholders to understand and share in their user experience. She has committed her career to advancing the art and discipline of human factors in medical products.
