Ingy Salib is a seasoned program delivery lead at Mayo Clinic’s Center for Digital Health, connecting strategy to execution across several enterprise-wide AI initiatives. Ingy Salib has partnered with Mayo Clinic’s AI Validation & Stewardship Program to advance the AI Assurance Suite, a pioneering effort to accelerate usability validation for AI-enabled medical technologies, positioning Mayo Clinic as a leader in healthcare AI assurance. With over 15 years in portfolio and program management, Ingy Salib has led cross-functional initiatives spanning healthcare, IT, international markets, artificial intelligence, and research—consistently accelerating delivery and bringing new product offerings to market. Ingy Salib holds an M.S. in Project Management, graduate certificates in Business Analysis, Organizational Development, and Generative AI, and accreditations including PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner (Scrum Alliance), Silver Quality Fellow, and Google Cloud Digital Leader. Ingy Salib also served in several leadership roles for the PMI Rochester–La Crosse Chapter from 2011 to 2017, including VP of Marketing, VP of Membership, and VP of Events.
