Samuel Olatunji is an Assistant Professor in the Industrial and Systems Engineering department at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is the Director of the Human factors Engineering for Autonomous Living (HEAL) Laboratory, which addresses interaction design challenges for robots that support individuals in their daily living activities and promote health and wellness. His research interests include Human-robot interaction, Human factors engineering, Healthcare systems, Human-centered automation, Interaction design, Intelligent systems development and Embedded systems.
