Kathy Huynh is a Human Factors (HF) Specialist with over eight years of experience supporting medical device manufacturers in applying HF standards and regulatory guidance throughout product development and validation. She has led and supported usability studies across a broad range of devices and clinical environments.

She holds an Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, with a focus in human factors. Kathy is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Canada and holds the Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation from the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), which informs her approach to identifying and managing risks in the context of human factors engineering.
