Tanay Arora is a master's student in the Human Factors and Ergonomics program at San Jose State University, specializing in user experience and human-computer interaction. He has worked on digital systems across a range of B2B and B2C industries, ranging from eCommerce to finance. Tanay brings a user-centered approach to problem-solving, using principles of psychology and user mental models to design innovative solutions. He is passionate about applying human factors principles to create intuitive, inclusive, and effective systems, especially in healthcare and other mission-critical domains.
