Natalie France is a Clinical Education Specialist at Children’s Hospital Colorado. She has over 20 years of critical care and code team experience. She has been recognized for her work in development of CHCO’s new graduate nurse residency redesign, hot debrief program, and an adult to pediatrics transition to practice program. A graduate of Duke University, Natalie has also trained in debrief with Harvard's Center of Medical Simulation and Johns Hopkin’s Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice program. She is passionate about code skills training and education!
