Sarah Casteel, MS is a Human Factors researcher with Ben Allegretti Consulting (BAC) where she leads and provides human factors support. Previous client work included Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Health Informatics Human Systems Integration (HSI) team. Ms. Casteel received her M.S. in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before joining BAC in 2023, Ms. Casteel was a lead product specialist in the financial software industry.
