Virginia C. Ayala-Stecker
Biography
Dr. Virginia Ayala-Stecker is a highly accomplished professional in biomedical and microsystems engineering, she holds a Doctor in Engineering in Microsystems with a focus on biosensors. She is a certified professional for Usability and User Experience from the UXQB in Usability Testing and Evaluation (CPUX-UT). With over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, she has spent the last 9 years at Roche, where she has developed various medical devices and served as a Human Factors Engineer for both mechanical and software products. In her current role, she is the Usability Engineering and Design Validation Leader for a medical software product for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
