Presenter

Ms. Coughlin is a designer and researcher on the Human Centered Design team with four (4) years of experience designing solutions across medical, consumer, and government industries. Her experience spans across the product development timeline, including contextual research, design and development, usability testing, and validation. She has experience with front-end research using contextual inquiries, preference studies, and focus groups. She is also practiced in data collection and study planning for human factors formative and summative evaluations. Ms. Coughlin has both supported and led the design of Instructions for Use including the content and illustrations. She has contributed to user experience and user interface designs including wireframing, prototyping, design, and branding. Additionally, Ms. Coughlin has experience in concept visualization through sketching, CAD modeling, animating, and rendering.
