Biography
Grace O'Leary MSN, RN, CNML, CPHON, is a compassionate and accomplished nurse leader specializing in pediatric oncology care who started her career in 2018. She earned her MSN from the University of Memphis and her BSN from the University of Arkansas. Grace has over seven years of specialized nursing experience in hematology, oncology, and end of life care including roles as bedside nurse, preceptor, chemotherapy/biotherapy instructor, and clinical staff leader. Her clinical expertise is complemented by national certifications in pediatric oncology nursing and nurse management. Currently serving as the Inpatient Nursing Manager of the fourth floor at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, she leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to complex pediatric populations.

Throughout her career, Grace has contributed to quality improvement initiatives, educational programming, and staff development efforts, always prioritizing evidence-based care and mentorship. Her academic dedication and hands-on experience reflect a deep commitment to advancing pediatric oncology/hematology nursing practice. She is passionate about building healthy work environments, supporting nursing culture, strengthening shared governance experiences, and coaching strong future nurse leaders through intentional efforts in bedside nurse leader development.
