Biography
Noor Sharif is a Research Coordinator in the Department of Systems and Information Engineering at the University of Virginia. She earned her Master of Public Health in Health Policy, Law, and Ethics in 2024 and her Bachelor of Arts in Global Public Health in 2023, both from UVA. Under the advisement of Dr. Rupa Valdez, her graduate research examined the healthcare experiences of local Afghan refugees. Noor coordinates research projects at the intersection of human factors engineering and public health, addressing healthcare disparities among marginalized populations.
