Elliot Shin is a Human Factors Associate with Emergo by UL’s Human Factors Research & Design (HFR&D) team. He has been with the team since 2022. He has experience delivering HFE services to the medical device, pharmaceutical, and laboratory equipment industries. As a Human Factors Associate, Elliot is involved in conducting human factors research (including usability tests), analyzing data, and developing reports that satisfy regulators’ expectations. He holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
