Biography
Emma Levitt is the Usability & Device Education Lead at Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine, part of the Human Factors & User Experience team. In this role, she is following her passion for education, by leveraging her expertise in usability testing & user-centered design principles to deliver effective personalized training programs to the patients J&J cares for every day. Emma has been a Human Factors Engineer in the medical device and combo space for the last 10 years. Four of those leading and executing human factors strategy for various business units within J&J MedTech Surgery, and the remaining six mastering her HF skills in consulting. Emma is a Board-Certified Human Factors Professional (CHFP) and received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering & Human Factors from Tufts University.
