Sri Navya Kondaveeti is a Lead Usability Engineer within Experience Design at GE HealthCare. In this role, she applies Human Factors Engineering principles to support the design and evaluation of medical device user interfaces across enterprise imaging products. Navya has over 5 years experience in the medical device industry and her work spans new product development, legacy device evaluation, and post-market complaint analysis, with a focus on safety-critical workflows and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Vijayawada.
