Russell J. Branaghan, PhD is President of Research Collective, a Healthcare Human Factors Consultancy in Tempe, Arizona, USA. He is also Professor Emeritus of Human Systems Engineering at Arizona State University. Russ is co-author of the textbook, "Humanizing Healthcare - Human Factors in Medical Product Design".
