Tracey Brereton is an Associate AI/ML Engineer at Mayo Clinic. Within the Systems Engineering team, her work includes enabling the deployment of machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation with a strong focus on the management of patient safety risks. Her work emphasizes building and deploying solutions that intend to enhance patient care while also being safe, ethically sound, and compliant with organizational and regulatory standards. She has previous experience contributing to enterprise AI evaluation and translation efforts that involved managing a multidisciplinary advisory group of experts that aimed to develop and deploy meaningful AI solutions into the Mayo Clinic Practice by streamlining organizational processes. Tracey received her Master’s degree in Health Informatics from the University of Pittsburgh and her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
