Elisabeth is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Gilead Sciences and is responsible for developing, managing, and executing human factors engineering activities across Gilead’s portfolio, including drug-only and combination products, throughout the product life cycle. Prior to joining Gilead, Elisabeth was a senior human factors engineer at AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. She has extensive experience with late-stage formative and validation efforts and is well-versed in risk management, ensuring medical devices are safe and effective for use by lay users and healthcare professionals.
Elisabeth has a MSc in Human Factors / Ergonomics from San José State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Nevada, Reno.
