Tess Forton is a Managing User Researcher on Emergo by UL’s Human Factors Research & Design (HFR&D) team. She has been with the team since 2018. She has experience planning and delivering user research services to the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Tess engages in early-stage user research and usability testing, and helps clients develop key HFE documents for their design history files, including user profiles and user needs, known problems analyses, and expert reviews. Tess holds a B.S. in Psychology from Northeastern University.
