Kelly Foltz-Ramos
Biography
Kelly Foltz-Ramos, PhD, APRN, FNP-BC, CHSE-A, is Director of Simulation & Innovation and an Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo School of Nursing. Her research focuses on teamwork, communication, simulation, and artificial intelligence in healthcare education. She is principal investigator and co-investigator on multiple funded projects designed to enhance clinical training and improve patient outcomes. Dr. Foltz-Ramos has been active in simulation-based education and research since 2008 and currently serves as Chair of the Research Special Interest Group for the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning (INACSL). She is also a Fellow and co-convener of the State University of New York Nursing Simulation Fellowship, supporting faculty development and advancing simulation across New York.
