Lawrence is a Service Designer at Healthcare Human Factors (HHF), a team of over 30 human factors specialists and designers focused on the design and evaluation of healthcare products and services. In this role, Lawrence has applied interdisciplinary design skills and methodologies to address healthcare challenges within and beyond hospital walls, ranging from clinical devices to complex health systems. Lawrence holds a MDes in Design for Health from OCAD University and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Alberta.
