Christina Hollingshead, RN, MSc QIPS, is a Manager of Quality at Sinai Health in Toronto, Canada. She specializes in quality improvement, patient safety, and systems change, leading organizational initiatives to strengthen safety culture, optimize performance measurement, and implement evidence-based improvements in clinical operations. Christina has also worked as a management consultant advising healthcare organizations on strategy, operations, and large-scale change initiatives. She teaches healthcare leaders the principles of quality improvement science at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto. Her professional interests focus on integrating systems thinking and data driven structures into everyday practice to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
